To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the
peace for the County of Middlesex in their
General Session of the peace Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal
of the Church wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the
parish of Saint Luke in the
said County of Middx.

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under the
hands & seals of William Caslon< no role > & Samuel Gower< no role > Esqrs. two of
his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the County of Middx
(whereof one is of the Quorum) bearing date the seventh day
of February instant Thomas Ratleaf< no role > & Elya Blanchia< no role > his
Wife were removed from the parish of Saint Leonard in
Shoreditch in the said County of Middx unto the said parish
of Saint Luke in the same County Alledging the said
parish of Saint Luke to be the place of their last
Legall Settlement

That your Petitrs. conceiving themselves agrieved
by the said Warrant or Order of the said two
Justices Do appeal to Your Worships there from
& humbly pray That you will be pleased to
hear them in the premisses & order that the
Church wardens & Overseers of the poor of the
said parish of Saint Leonard in Shoreditch may
Appear before you at a certain day to be [..]
Appointed to hear & abide the Judgement
& determination of your Worships touching
this Appeal
