Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of theparish
of St. Anne Lime house in the County of Middx

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County ofMiddx aforesaid
(one whereof being of the Quorum) by the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
parish of St. Botolph witht Aldgate ThatElizabeth Tennant< no role >
Aged about Eight years the Daughter & lawfull
is said of George Tennant< no role > Deced
lately intruded, and
came into the saidparish of St. Botolph witht Aldgate
andis likely tobecome Chargeable to the same; We
the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises
upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the saidElizabeth Tennant< no role >
to be in the Sd. parish of St. Anne Lime house

require you, on Sight hereof, to remove and
convey the saidElizabeth Tennant< no role >
from and out of your saidparish of St. Botolph witht.
Aldgate to the saidparish of St. Anne
Lime house
andherdeliver unto the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some, or one of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof,
who are hereby required to receive and provide for
heraccording to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals this15thDay ofDeJanuary
1750
