WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto us, Two
of his Majesty's Justices of the Justices of the Peace for theCity
and libertyaforesaid (One whereof
being of the Quorum) by the Chruchwardens and Over-
seers of the poor of the said Parish of St. James , That
John Pleator< no role > his wife mary< no role > and their two Children Vizt
Mary< no role > aged 20 Years and Jane< no role > aged 12 year I have

lately intruded and come into the said Parish of St. James ,
andare likely tobecome Chargeable to the same. We
the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premisses upon
Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the same to be
true, and do also adjudge the Place of the last legal Settle-
ment of the saidJohn Pleator< no role > his wife and two Children
to e in the parish of Chipping Wycombe in the County
of Bucks afore said

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name to require
you, on Sight hereof, to remove and convey the said
John Pleatos his Wife and two Children
from and out of your said Parish of St. James . to the Said
ParishofChipping Wycombe
andthemdeliver unto the Churchwardens and Over-
seers of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together
with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof, who are here-
by required to receive and provide forthemaccording to
Law. Given under our Hands and Seals this4thDay
