To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their General Quarter Sessions of the
Peace assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Botolph
Aldersgate in the County of Middlesex .

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands &
Seals of William Caslon< no role > and Ebenezer Mussell< no role > Esquires of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex aforesaid (one
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the Sixth Day of December
in the Year of our Lord 1750. Deborah Penlington< no role > Widow And her
Child (lawfull Issue of her late Husband John Penlington< no role > deceased)
named Richard< no role > aged Thirty Seven Years were removed from the Parish
of St. Leonard Shoreditch in the Said County of Middlesex to the said
Parish of St. Botolph without Aldersgate as the Place of their last legal
Settlement Whereby your Petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved
and Appeal to this Court against the Same.
