and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Botolph
without Bishopgate

Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
hands and Seals of two of his Majesty's of the Peace for the
City and Liberty of Westminster
in the said County of Middlesex
One whereof
being of the Quorum bearing Date

was removed from the Parish of Saint Paul Covent Garden
in the Liberty of Westminster
aforesaid to the Parish of Saint
Botolph without Bishopgate

aforesaid Alledging
the last legal place of Settlement of the said
Mary Taylor< no role >
to be
there And your Petitioners Conceiving themselves agrieved by
the said Order and Judgment of the said two Justices Do humbly
Appeal therefrom, and humbly pray Your Worships.

Would appoint some day this present General Sessions
of the Peace to be holden for the said County of
Middlesex
to hear this Appeal And that your
Worships will make an Order that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint
Paul
And all parties Concerned in and about the
Premisses may then and there attend hear and
abide the final Determination of Your Worships
And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
