maketh Oath that he this Deponent well knew
and was acquainted with James Hyatt< no role > late [..]
Wapping Wall Tobacconist The Def. above [..]
And this Deponent saith that he the said James [..]

< no role > dyed on the Sixth day of October inst [..]
And this Deponent was sent for in order to fur [..]
the Funeral of the said James Hyatt< no role > which this [..]
Deponent Accordingly did and saw the Corper of [..]
said James Hyatt< no role > Put into Coffee which this
Deponent fastened up and saw the Corpse of the
said James Hyatt< no role > Interred in the Church yard
of St. Pauls Shadwell in three or four days after
he Dyed
