who is now gone or on his Departure to go to Sex being on Box [..]
Ship Susannah Saw the Defendant Henry Scott< no role > climb up the Caole [..]
Ship Saint John then lying in that part of the River [..]
the County of Kent and out of the said Ships Hawse [..]
parcells of Brown sugar And that the then Handed them [..]
Defendant David Coltrap his Accomplice who waited in [..]
the said Ship ready to receive it And that then both the said Defendant
Rowed away but the said George Herbert< no role > Sent a Waterman who was then
Attending him, in pursuit of the said Defendants who [..]
on the said River in the said County of Kent and in their Boat was
the two parcells of Sugar above mentioned which had been [..] out of
the said Ship Saint John which said Sugars in the Goods property [..]
