for the County of Middlesex in General Quarter Sessions Assembled.

The Petition of the Church Wardens & Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Ingatestone in the
County of Essex

Humbly Sheweth


That by Vertue of an order under the hands & Seals of
Henry Feilding< no role > & Daniel Gach< no role > Esqrs. two of His Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex
bearing date the 22d day of September last One James Mitchell< no role > an Instant
Aged about 20 Months was removed from the Parish of St. Clements
Danes in the County of Middlesex to the Sd Parish Ingatestone
in the County of Essex aforesaid as being the last legal place of
Settlement of the Sd. James Mitchell< no role >

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves to be
greatly Aggrived by the Judgment and Determination of the Sd.
Two Justices do Humbly Appeal to Your Worships for relief in
the Premisses & that Your Worships would be Pleased to make
Such order therein as your Worships in Your discretion shall
Seem meet

And your Petitioners as in duty Bound shall ever
pray &
