The Defendt. Thomas Lamley< no role > Maketh Oath That he did really
Intend to Try the above Indictment at the present Sessions
And on the twenty Ninth of November last prepared a Notice
to be given to the prosecutor fot the purpose But the other
Defendt. Mary was on that very Day taken Ill and Confined to her
Bed and Bed Chamber and Now is Sick in Bed and not able to
attend nor Can by any means be brought into this court without
danger of Loosing her Life and therefore this Depend did not
deliver Such Notice of Try all and is by Means of the said
Mary's Said Ilness prevented from proceeding to Try the
Above Indictment
