To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in Sessions Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Saviour Southwark in the
County of Surry

Humbly Sheweth


That Whereas by an Order under the Hands
and Seals of Jacob Harvey< no role > and William Withers< no role > Esqrs. two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex Dated 2d
Day of August 1749. Elizabeth Cutter< no role > Widow was Removed and Convey and
from the Parish of Saint Mary Islington in the County of Middlesex to our
said Parish of St. Saviour Southwark As the Place of her last Legal
Settlement By which We think ourselves Aggrieved

We therefore Do mostly humbly Pray this Court will be Pleased
to appoint a time for hearing determining the said Appeal And also to make
an Order for all Persons Concerned to Attend the same

And your Petitioners in Duty Bound will ever Pray
