On the prosecution of

in the County of Surry maketh oath that he this Deponent was
with the said Prosecutor Walter Crotty at East Cowes in the Isle
of Wight and County of Southampton
all day of thursday
the thirty first day of August last and some part of friday the
first instant when this Deponent left him And this Deponent
saith that the said

was

days very ill of a violent fever in so much that he was not
able to walk nor stand alone nor even to sit up longer than
till his bed was made And that he was then constantly attended
by one Mr. Cooke an Apothecary
and as this Deponent was
there informed by one Doctor Barr aby a Physician And
this Deponent further saith that the said Walter Crotty is not
able through the said illness to attend to prosecute the
said
Henry Hunt< no role >
at this present Session of the peace held
