That your Petitioner was committed to Clerkenwell
Bridewell on the 16th. Day of May last on Suspicion of
forging the Will of John Dunton< no role > deseated and publishing
the same as true Contrary to the Statute in that Case
made and provided And now is in Newgate for the Same

Your Petitioner therefore humbly

he may be tried Baited or Discharged
