The King agt. Maurice Healey< no role > at the Prosecution of
Eleanor< no role > the wife of William Bryant< no role >

David Forrest< no role > Clerk to Mr: William Salt< no role > maketh Oath and
Saith that he this Deponent did [..] on the third Day of this
Instant July Serve the Prosecutrix in the above Cause with
a true Copy of the Notice hereto Annexed by delivering a
Copy thereof Unto Daniel Haveland< no role > at his House at the
Angel and Sun in the Strand being the last place of the
Prosecutrix abode that this Deponent could find out, and
where she had been that Morning as the said Haveland informed this
Deponent And also told Deponent he could deliver the said Notice
to [..] the Prosecutrix And this Deponent further Saith
that on the Same Day he also Served Mr. Pinner Sollicitor for
this Prosecution with a true Copy of the said Notice by delivering the
Same to a Young Woman at his House in St. Martins Lane who
told Deponent she belonged to and lived with the said Mr. Pinner
