Prosecution of Maynard Guering< no role > Esqr .

Take Notice that at this present Session of Oyer and Terminer holden for the
County of Middlesex by Adjournment at Hicks Hall in St. John Street on
Saturday the Eighth Day of this Instant July at 5 of the Clock in the
Afternoon I do intend to be brought up to put in Bail for the Tryal of
My Traverse at the next ensuing Sessions And the persons hereunder named
Or Some two of them I do propose to be my Bail dated 7th. July 1749 in the afternoon
