Elizabeth Granger< no role > says that on Friday the 1st: day
of this Inst. July she went to see the Deced Hester
Wyatt
< no role > & heard her Complain that her husband
had Beat her with an ask plant & shewed to
this Deponent some Bruses & sd. see what
he has done to me This Depont. at the same
time saw the sd. Plant

Isaac Fletcher< no role > lodger with Mr. Dixon maketh
Oath & Saith that on a Sunday about Nine Weeks
age he heard a Quarrel betwixt John Wyatt< no role >
& the Deced Hester Wyatt< no role > & heard her Cry out
& say you Rogue you have broke any Arm
Say further that on Saturday the Ninth day of this
Inst: July the Deced Hester Wyatt< no role > was removed
from her Lodging Room in Shoreditch to
Tottenham at the Instigacon of her Mother
This Depont. further saith that he saw her
put into a Cart & in a Condition not set to
be removed and Imagined the Removal in
her Condition as just Miscarryed to Contribute
much towards her Death
