of the parish of Saint James Clerkenwell in
County of Middlesex Silver Smith and Mary his wife
have Remised Released and for ever quitt claymed, and by these presents
do Remise, Release, and for ever quitt clayme unto Hick Reeves< no role > of
the Parish of Saint Sepulchre in the Same County Silver
Smith and Mary his Wife
their and each of their Heirs Executors and Administrators, all and all
manner of Action and Action Cause and Causes of Action Suits Bills,
Bonds, Writings Obligatory Debts, Dues, Duties, Accompts Sum and
Sums of Money Judgements, Executions, Extents Quarrells, Controversies,
Trespasses Damages and Demands whatsoever both in Law and Equity
or otherwise howsoever, which against the said Hick Reeves< no role > &
Mary< no role > his wife

we or either of usever had and which we or either of our Heirs
executors or Administrators shall or may hereafter have claim challenge
on demand for or by reason on means of any Matter Cause or Thing
whatsoever from the beginning of the World unto the day of the date of these
