The Several Examination of William
Minnion

Shadwell in the said County and Ann< no role >
his Wife Taken upon Oath Before me
Walter Berry< no role > Esqr. one of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said County
this thirteenth Day of March in the year
of our Lord 1748

And first This Examinant Ann Minnion on her
Oath Deposeth and Saith That upon Saturday the
nineteenth of this Instant March she this Informant
went out of her own house and left Ann Watson< no role > alias
Kenny< no role > along with one Richard Watson< no role > (not yet taken)
at home [..] and upon Monday thereafter the twenty
first of this Instant She this Informant Ann
Minnion discovered a Chest of Doawers (beloning
to these Informants and in the said House broke
open and Six Guineas in Gold and thirteen Shillings
and Six pence in Silver, a Gold Ring and a pair
of Old Fashioned Silver Buttons their property
Stoln out of the same And these Informants
William Minnion and Ann his Wife do severaly
on their Oaths say That they Violently Suspect That
the said Ann Watson< no role > alias Kenny along with the
said Richard Watson< no role > Vid feloniously break open the
foresaid Chest of Drawers and feloniously steal
out of the saime the said Money and others aforesaid
the goods and property of the said Informants
And farther say not
