At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Sovereign
Lord the King holden for the County of Middx at
Hicks hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid
by adjornment on Monday the twenty second day of
February in the twenty first year of the reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the second King of Great
Britain Etc before Thomas Burdus< no role > William Withers< no role >
Thomas Moore< no role > John Lawton< no role > Esquires & other their
Fellows Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to
keep the peace in the County aforesaid and also to
hear & determine diven felonys trespasses & other
misdeeds committed in the same County.

Whereas the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the
parish of St. Mary le Bone in this County have Exhibited their
humble petition & appeal Unto this Court setting forth
That by Virtue of a Pass warrant or Order Under the hands
and Seals of Francis Burton< no role > & Thomas Rea< no role > Esquires two of
his Majestys Justices of the peace for [..] the said County
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing dare the fifth [..]
day of January one thousand seven hundred and forty
seven John Ogden< no role > was removed from the parish of St.
George Hanover Square in the said County to the sd. parish
of St. Mary le Bone as the place of his last legal settlemt.
whereby the Petitioners think themselves aggrieved and
appeal to this Court again the same, whereupon at the
request of the Petitioners It is Ordered by this Court that
the benefit of the said appeal be saved unto them,
And that the hearing & determining thereof be and
the same is hereby adjorned Untill the next General
Quarter Session of the peace to be holden for this County,
And that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the [..]
poor of the said parish of St. George Hanover square
(Upon notice of this Order) and all person concerned
do attend the Court of the said next General Quarter
Session of the peace [..] to be holden for the said
County by adjornment on Wednesday the twentyeth day
of April next at ten of the clock in the forenoon to hear
and abide the Indgment and determination of the same
Court touching the said appeal,
