Whereas the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the
parish of St. Mary le Bone
in this County have Exhibited their
humble petition & appeal Unto this Court setting forth
That by Virtue of a Pass warrant or Order Under the hands

his Majestys Justices of the peace

(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing dare the fifth [..]
day of January one thousand seven hundred and forty

was removed from the parish of St.
George Hanover Square
in the said County to the sd. parish
of St. Mary le Bone
as the place of his last legal settlemt.
whereby the Petitioners think themselves aggrieved and
appeal to this Court again the same, whereupon at the
request of the Petitioners It is Ordered by this Court that
the benefit of the said appeal be saved unto them,
And that the hearing & determining thereof be and
the same is hereby adjorned Untill the next General
Quarter Session of the peace to be holden for this County,
And that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the [..]
poor of the said parish of St. George
Hanover square
(Upon notice of this Order) and all person concerned
do attend the Court of the said next General Quarter
Session of the peace [..] to be holden for the said
County by adjornment on Wednesday the twentyeth day
of April next at ten of the clock in the forenoon to hear
