Inquiring at Severall Places where ye. sd. Stepney usually fre
quented but more particularly in Tibbold's Court neat Red lyon Square
being ye. last known Place of abode of ye sd. Stephens where this
Depont. was inform'd by ye. Neighbours there and which this Dept.
beleives to be true yt. be ye. sd. Stephens w [..] about Six weeks
since from his House in that place by night, andhath not
since beencould not inform this Depont. what is because of him
since that time
