The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint George Hanover Square within the Liberty of
Westminster in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seals of Richard Manley< no role > and Thomas Smith< no role > Esqrs.
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City and Liberty of
Westminster in this County bearing date the 30th. day of September 1747 .
Jane Davis< no role > , Singlewoman was removed from the Parish of Saint
Margaret in the City of Westminster to the Parish of St. George Hanover
[..] peace in the County of Middlesex as the place of her last legal
Settlement Whereby your Petitioners think themselves aggrieved
and Appeal to this Court against the same

Therefore Humbly pray this Court will please
to appoint a time for bearing and determining the
said Appeal and that all persons concerned may
then Attend.
