County of Middx at their General
Quarter Sessions Assembled
at Hicks Hall in St John Street
in the said County

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church wardens and Overseers of the poor
of the Parish of Saint Gabriel in Ten-
Church Street in the City of London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant
under the Hands and Seals of William Withers< no role >
and Francis Hole< no role > Esqrs two of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace (whereof one is of the Quorum
For the County of Middx bearing date the 3d
day of September 1747 Alice Cropp< no role > a Lunatick
was remov'd from the Parish of St Luke in the
County of Middx to the Parish of St Gabriel in
Fenchurch Street in the City of London ,
Adjudging that to be the last Legal place of
Settlement of the said Alice Cropp< no role > , by which
said Order of removal we Apprehend one selves
Aggrieved and Humbly Appealtherefrom
against the same to this Court

Your Worships to Appoint a day
For the Hearing of the said Appeal
& Pray to be Relieved in the
