and for the City of London & Liberties thereof this twenty fourth
day of February 1741 .

This informant Saith that She did upon Tuesday the ninth
day of Trebmany instant go to See Elizabeth Nicholls< no role > This name instance is in set 1683. the
Wife of John Nicholls< no role > Gent them and now a Prisoner in
Newgate for a Conspiracy against One Frantsland this And the
Said Elizabeth Nicholls< no role > This name instance is in set 1683. did then & there Solliut this Informt.
to Swear on the Triall of the said Elizabeth Nicholls< no role > This name instance is in set 1683. for the
Said Conspiracy that this Informant was in Company with
her all day on the ninth day of Novr. 1739 and that they
two with other Company did on that day dine and Sup
together whereas [..] in truth this Informant was not
then in London nor Knows where the said Elizabeth
Nicholls
