Take Notice That Intend (being now a Prisoner in New Prison Clerkenwell )
to be brought up to the Generall Session of the Peace holden as Hicks Hall
in St. John Street in and for the County of Middx (by Adjornment) to morrow being Tuesday
the 12th: instant at Ten of the Clock in the forenoon of the same Day then
and there to try my Traverse upon the Indictment you preferred against me last Quarter
Sessions of the Peace held at Hicks Hall aforesaid to which said Indictment
this present Sessions I have pleaded not Guilty: Dated this 11th. day of Sepr. 1738 .
