The humble Peticon & Appeal of the Church=
wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Bartholomew ye. Great London .

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under ye.
hands and Seals of Two of His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middx (whereof one is of the
Quorum) bearing Date the Second Day of November
last past Charles White< no role > , Mary< no role > his Wife and John < no role > aged
about four years & an half their Child, were Removed
from the Parish of St. Luke in the County of Middx, unto
the Said Parish of St. Bartholomew the Great London ,
alledging the sd. Parish of St. Bartholomew to be the
Place of their last legall Settlement.

That your Peticoners conceiving themselves
agrieved by the Sd. Warrant or Order of the Said
two Justices, Do therefore Appeal to yor. Worps
therefrom & humbly pray that you will be
[..] hear them in the Premisses & Order yt
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of St. Luke in the County of Middx
may appear before you at a certain Day to be
appointed, to hear & abide the Judgmt. and
Determinacon of your Worps touching this
Appeal.
