aged about 8 years were removed from the Parish of Saint Giles
in the field
in the said County of Middlesex
to the said Parish
of Saint Giles without Cripplegate
London as the Place of their
last legal Settlement
That Your Petrs. conceive themselves aggreived by
the said Warrant or Order & humbly Appeals against & the same
Your Petrs. therefore humbly Pray that your
Worships will be Pleased to Appointt a Day of this
Present Sessions that all Parties may Attend to
hear and abide the Judgement and Determinacon
of this Court touching the said Appeal
