To the Worshipfull his Majesties Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middx in
General Quarter Sessions in and for
the said County Assembled

The Humble Peticon & Appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Saviour Southwark
in the County of Surry

Humbly Sheweth


That Ann Tomlinson< no role > widow & her son
William < no role > aged about Eleven Years was removed
by an Order or Warrant under the Hands and
Seals of Ant. Wroth< no role > & W: Booth Esqrs. two of his
Majesties Justices of the Peace for the said County
of Middx bearing date the Ninth day of
January 1737. from the Parish of St Luke in
the said County to the Parish of St. Saviour
Southwark in the County of Surry as the place
of their last legall settlement by which
said Order your Peticonrs. conceive themselves
to be aggrieved and Humbly Appeal therefrom

Yor. Peticoners therefore humbly
Pray your Worships will be pleas'd
to Order that the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the Parish
of St. Luke may attend this Court
for hearing the said Appeal at such
time as Your Worships shall appoint
And Your Peticonrs. Shall ever Pray Etc
