by an Order or Warrant under the Hands and
Seals of

& W: Booth Esqrs. two of his
Majesties Justices of the Peace
for the said County
of Middx bearing date the Ninth day of
January 1737. from the Parish of St Luke
in
the said County to the Parish of St. Saviour
Southwark
in the County of Surry as the place
of their last legall settlement by which
said Order your Peticonrs. conceive themselves
to be aggrieved and Humbly Appeal therefrom
Yor. Peticoners therefore humbly
Pray your Worships will be pleas'd
to Order that the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the Parish
of St. Luke
may attend this Court
for hearing the said Appeal at such
time as Your Worships shall appoint
