To the Right Worpll. his Majesties Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middx assembled in their Generall
Sessions

The Humble Petition & Appeal of the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Stoke Poges
in the County of Bucks.

Sheweth


That by vertue of an Order under the hands & seals of
MrFrecker and William Miller< no role > Esqrs. two of his
Majesties Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middx
(Quorum Unus) bearing date the thirteenth day of
December last past Mercy Perryman< no role > &hertwo Children
John Perryman< no role > aged seven years and Thomas Perryman< no role >
aged three years in the said order mentioned to be her Children were removed from the Parish of Fulham
in the said County of Middx to the said Parish of Stoke
Poges in the said County of Bucks as the Place of their
last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners thinking themselves
aggrieved by the Judgement of the said two
Justices humbly Appeal there from and Pray
that this Court will be Pleased to Order the
ChappellChurch Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the sd. Parish of Fulham to attend this Court
some day this Sessions to hear and abide the
Judgement and Determination of this Court
touching this Appeal

And Yor Petitioners shall ever
Pray Etc.
