Oath that the Annexed Notice of tryall Was
delivered to this Depont. on Monday last about
five of the Clock in the Evening at his Lodgings
in Whartous Court aforesaid by a person who
Informed this Dept. that he brought the Same
from Mr. Eustace the Defendts. Sollr. in this
Cause and which this Depont. believes to be
true And this Dept. further Saith that in pursuance
of the sd. Notice he has this day Attended With his
Counsell and Nine Witnesses in Order to try the
Saidtraverse of the Indictmt. in this Cause
