To The Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the peace for the County of
Middlesex Assembled in Generall Sessions at Hick's Hall in and for
the said County.

The Humble Petition and Appeale of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint Luke in the said County.

Sheweth.


That by an Order Under the Hands & Seals of two of his Majesties
Justices of the peace for the said County, (one of the Quorum) bearing, Date the
twenty first day of October last Susannah Graham< no role > aged about twenty Eight Years
Wife of John Graham< no role > and their Daughter Elizabeth< no role > Aged about two Years and
Six Months were removed from the parish of Saint Andrew Holborne above the Barrs
in this County to the said Parish of Saint Luke as the place of their last legall
Settlement whereby Your Petitioners conceive themselves to be Agrieved and do
Appeale against the said Order.

to hear and Determine the Matter touching,
