To the Right worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex in their General
Session at Hick's Hall assembled

The humble Petition and Appeale of the Chruchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Martin
in the Fields in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands
and Seals of John Milner< no role > and John Mercer< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex (one being of the Quorum
bearing Date the seventh Day of November last past Nicholas
Rigby
< no role > was removed and conveyed from the Parish of Saint Giles in
the Fields in the said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint
Martin in the Fields as the Place of his last legal Settlement whereby
your Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved

Therefore they humbly appeale to your Worships
against the Judgement of the said two Justices
and pray your Worships will be pleased to
appoint some Day this present Session to hear
and determine the matter touching the said
Appeale.

And your Petitioners shall ever Pray.
