of Middx Carpenter Stood indicted at the Session of
Gaole Delivery of Newgate holden for the County
of Middx at Justice hall in the Old Bailey in the
Suburbs of the City of London on Wednesday the
eight day of December last for Stealing three
Deal boards of the value of four Shillings and one
Oak Pile of the value of one Shilling of the goods
and Chattells of Abraham Rondeau< no role > and that at
the Session of Gaole Delivery of Newgate holden for
the said County at Justice hall in the Old Bailey in
the Suburks of the City of London in Wednesday the
Sixteenth day of February last the aforesaid Samuel
Stuffin< no role > otherwise Stuffing was tryed upn the said
Indictment and acquitted and discharged dated the
eleventh day of October 1737
