Take Notice That You are to produce Sarah Jones< no role > Wife of John
Jones< no role > lately removed to Your parish by the parish of Saint Luke [..]
in the said County of Middlesex on Fryday next at Tenn of the Clock
in the Forenoon at this present Generall Quarter Session of the
peace to be held at Hick's Hall in Saint John Street in and for
the said County of Middlesex by Adjournment then and there to give her
Testimony on an Appeale to be heard relateing to her Settlement date

this 12th. day of October 1737.
