Take Prosecutrix Margaret< no role > the Wife of Richard Garrett< no role > the
Other Prosecutor in this Cause maketh Oath that Sarah
Bath
< no role > the Wife of William Bath< no role > of the parish of St. George
Hanover Square in the County of Middlesex Yeoman is A
Very Material Witness for this Deponent and her
Husband in this Cause As this Deponent Verily Beleives
And is well Informed And Without her Testemony this
Deponent and her said Husband Cannot With Safety (as
this Depot is advised and beleives) proceed to Tryal in
this Cause And this Deponent Saith that on the Thirtieth
Day of August last the said Sarah Bath< no role > was Brought
to Bed and Delivered of A Male Child So that She is
[..] Intirely Uncappable of Attending as an
Evedence in this Cause at Present but has Assured this
Deponent that [..] Will not fail to attend this Court
as Evedence in the said Cause on Fryday or Saturday next
As this Court Shall please to Direct
