his Trade on the Sabbath Day

Take Notice that I will Appear at the Sessions of the Peace
to be held at Hicks Hall in Saint John street in and for the
County of Middlesex (by Adjournment) on Wednesday next
being the Fourteenth day of this instant September at Ten
of the Clock in the Forenoon, And will then and there plead
Guilty to the Indictment by you Preferred against me at
the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace held for the said
County in July last past for the Offence and Misdemeanour
abovementioned Dated this Twelfth day of September 1737 :
