The humble petition & Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Cheshunt in
the County of Hertford .

Sheweth

That by Vertue of a Warrt. or Order under the hand
and Seals of Thomas Exelbee< no role > & Alexander Garrett< no role > Esqrs.
two of his Majesties Justices of the peace for the County
of Middx (whereof one is of the Quorum) dated the
nineteenth day of May last William Pett< no role > Mary < no role > his
Wife and their two Children namely William < no role > aged
eight years and Edward < no role > aged about three years were
removed and conveyed from the parish of Christ Church
in the said [..] County of Middx to the said parish of
Cheshnut in the county of Hertford as the last legal
place of Settlement of the said William pett Mary his
Wife and their two Children

That your petitioners think themselves
aggreived by the said Warrant or Order
of Removal and appeal to this Court
against the same.

your petitioners therefore humbly
pray that this Court will appoint
a day for the hearing and
determining of the said Appeal

And your petitioners Shall pray Etc
