of Middx at their General Qr. Sessions Assembled

The Humble Peticon and Appeale of the Churchwarden and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St. George in the Said County of Middx

Sheweth


That by Pass warrant or Order under the hands and Seales of John
Priestley
< no role > and Richard Farmer< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace of the said County (One being of the Quorum) bearing date the
15th day of April 1737 [..] Elizabeth Swan< no role > the widdow and Relict of
John Swan< no role > marriner deced was remov'd from the Parish of St. John
of Wapping in the Said County to the Parish of St. George abovesaid
as the place of her last Legal Settlement

That your Petr think themselves aggriev'd by the Order & Judgment
of the Said two Justices and humbly appeal to this Court agt. the Same

Therefore humbly pray Your Worsps will [..]
pleased to Order that the Churchwardens and [..]
Overseers of the Poor of the Said Parish of Sr. [..]
of Wapping may Attend this Court Some day this
General Qr. Sessions to hear and abide the final
determinacon of this Court touching the said Appeals
