To the Right Worshipfull And Majestes Justices for [..] the County of
Middlesex at their General Quarter session of the peace assembled

We whose names are hereunto Subscribed the present Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint John at Hackney in the said
County of Middlesex do hereby Certifye that John prestone< no role > [..]
who was bound by Recognizance to appeare at this present Quarter
Session of the peace to answer our Complaint for begetting Mary
Summers< no role > Single Woman with Child hath fully satisfyed and discharged
us [..] from all Expences ariseing thereby and therefore we do desire
that he may be discharged from the said Recognizance wittness our
hands the fourteenth day of October 1736
