lately removed to you by the Parish of St. Luke Mid-
dlesex on Wednesday next at nine of the Clock in the
forenoon at this present General Quarter Sessions of ye peace
to be held at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in & for
the County of Middlesex by Adjournment then &
there to give her Testimony on an Appeal to be
heard relating to the Settlement of herself and
Children Dated this 12th. day of October 1736.
