At the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King held at Westmr. for the County
of Middx on Thursday in the Week next after the Feast of
St. Michael the Arch Angel (to wit) the seventh day of
October in the tenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the second King of Great Britain Etc. and in
the year of our Lord one Thousand seven Hundred and
thirty six

It is Ordrd. by this Court that the within named Elizabeth
Mathews< no role > have Notice of this Peticon and that She together wth.
the said Mary Smith< no role > (her said Apprentice) and all others parties
concerned doe attend this Court of qrter Sessions to be held at
Hicks Hall in St. John Street in and for the said County of Middx
by Adjornment on Monday next being the eleventh day of this
instant October at ten of the Clock in the forenoon then & there
to hear and abide the Judgment and Determinacon of this
Court touching the Matters contained in the said Petition.
