On Tuesday 8th day of June

Upon Application made unto this Court, by
severall of the Trustas for putting the Act
of Parliament touching the Repair of the
Highways loding from the Stones End towards
Highgate Gate house & Hamstead in the
County of Middx in the Execution, the [..]
[..] Roads in the Respective Pishes of
Hornsey St. Giles's in the Fields & Clerken or
int Sd County being part of the said Highways, It is
Ordered by this Court That the surveyers of
the Highways in the Sd. Respective Pishes
who have not as yett Compounded with he
said Trustees Do attend this Court at
Hicks's Hall in St. John Street in
this County on Friday next at ten of the
Clock in the forenoon, at which time &
place this Court will [..] ellect and
apportion the [..] statute work to be
done by the Inhabitants of the Sd. Respective
Pishes in this present year upon the
Highways whithin the same leading to
High gate Gate house & Hampstead in the
