And that they therefore appealed to this Court against the Adjudgment of the
Said two Justices the matter of which appeale was appointed to be heard and
determined by this Court on this present Saturday the eighth day of may instant
Now upon hearing of what was alledged by Councel for the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the Said parish of St. Mary le Bone
and also by
Councel for the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the Said parish
of St. Ann

This Court being of opinion to adjourn the hearing
& determining of the Said appeale Doth Order that the benefit of the Said
appeale be Saved unto th Said Appellants, And that the hearing and
determining therefore be and the same is herby adjourned untill the next
General Session of the Peace to be holden for this County,And that the
Churchwarens & Overseers of the poor
of both the Said parishes and all
persons concerned do attend the Court of the Said next General Session of
the Peace to be holden for the Said County by adjournment on wednesday the
ninth day of Jane next at nine of the Clock in the forenoon to heare &
abide the Judgment & determination of the Same Court touching the
Said appeale
