whereof being of the Quorum bearing date the Twenty Sixth day of
January Last

and his three Children, that is to say,

aged fourteen years,

aged thirteen years, and
Sarah< no role >
aged Eight
years are Passed from the Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate
in
the said County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Athallows
Barkin
London alledging the last Legal Settlement of the said
Ephriam Lyle and his three Children to be there, And your
Petitioners conceiving themselves aggreived by the said Warrant and
Judgment of the said two Justices of humbly Appeal there from and
humbly pray That your Worships would appoint some day the

General Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be held for the said
County to hear this Appeal And that your Worships will
make an Order That the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldgate
aforesaid And all Partys concerned in and about
the Premisses may then Attend hear abide by the
final determination of your Worships
And your Petitioners Shall Ever Pray
