for the more easy and speedy Recovery of Small Debts within the City
of London and the Liberties thereof ; and the fame was received, and read
the first Time, and ordered to be read a second Time.

An Ingrossed Bill to enable Reginald Lygon< no role > Esq ; otherwise Pyndar, and the
Heirs Male of his Body, to take upon him and them the Sirname and Arms of
Lygon , pursuant to the Settlement of William Lygon< no role > Esq ; deceased, was read
the third Time; and several Amendments were made by the House to the
Bill.

Resolved,
That the Bill do pass.

That Mr. Sandys do carry the Bill to the Lords, and desire their con-
currence.
