To the Right worshipfull his majesties Justices of the peace
for the County of Middlesex at their General Sessions of
the peace Assembled

The Humble petition and appeal of the
Churchwarden and Overseers of the poor of
the Hamlett of Bethnal Green in the said
County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by a warrant or Order under the hands and Seals of
Nathaniel Chandler< no role > and Ralph Harwood< no role > Esquires two of his
majesties Justices of the peace for the said County of middlesex
(one being of the Quorum) bearing date the Eighth day of November
last past whereby John Blary< no role > and Mary< no role > his wife were removed
from the parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the said County
of middlesex to the said Hamlett of Bethnal Green as the place
of their last legal Settlement

By which said warrant or Order of the said
two Justices your Petitioners conceive
themselves Agrieved and humbly Appeal
to this Court against the same praying such
reliefe in the premisses as to your Worshipp
shall seem meet

And yor peticoners will Ever pray
