Take notice that we the said Defendants do intend to appear
and try our Traverse upon the Indictment by you preferred
against no for a Trespass & Misdemeanour on Wednesday
next being the tenth day of December instant at ten of
the Clock in the Forenoon at the Sessions of Oyer and
Terminer to be then and there holden by Adjournment at
Hickes's Hall in St John Street in and for the County of
Middlesex we haveing already given you notice of the said
Tryal dated the 6th. day of December 1735 .
