peace assembled

The Humble petition and appeal of the Churchwards.
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of saint John
at Hackney in the said County.

Sheweth

That by a Warrant or order bearing date the Sixteenth day of this
Ingtant August under the hands and Seals of Nathaniel Chandler< no role > and
Ralph Harwood< no role > Esquires tow of his Majesties Justices of the peace
for the said County of Middlesex (one being of the Quorum) whereby
Eleanor Raper< no role > was removed from the parish of Saint Leonard
Shereditch in the said County to the parish of Saint John at
Hackney in the same County as the place of her last legal
Settlement

Your petitioners conceiving themselves agrieved
by the Judgment and Order of the said two Justices
humbly appeale to this Court against the same
praying such relief in the Premisses as to your
Worshipps shall seem meet.

And your petitioners will her
pray Etc
