Take Notice that I have this Day Petitioned The Bench of Justices
at Hicks Hall in St John Street in the County of Middlesex to be discharged from my Apprenticeship and they
have ordered the matter Contained in the Said Petition to be heard on
Thursday next at Nine of the Clock in the forenoon when and where You are
likewise ordered to Appear to hear and Abide the Judgment and
Determination of the Said Court I am Your Most Humble Servant
