this Depont. James Hilton< no role > for himself maketh Oath that he this Depont.
Dison Monday last being the nineteenth instant deliver a True Copy of the
notice hereunto annexed with the Name Mr. John Keates< no role > at the Top, to the
said Mr. Heates who is or Acts as a sollictor for the Prosecutor John Clarke< no role >
And this Depont. Thomas Hodson< no role > for himself saith That he this Depont.
delivered a Copy of the other Notice hereunto annexed with the name John
Clarke< no role > At the Top to the Woman who keeps Blewitts Buildings Coffee House
the Corner of the said Blewitts buildings in Fetter Lane at the said Coffee
House for the said John Clarke< no role > who as this Depont. is informed it the prosecutor
in the Cause and keeps a work shop at the said Blewitts Coffee House and
this Depont. James Hilton< no role > further saith that this Depont. went to the
said Blewitts Coffee House Yesterday morning being the twenty first
instant and riquired if the Notice the other Depont. [..] left for the said
Clerke was delivered to him and was informed by the boy and Maid Servant
of the Coffee Room that it had been delivered to him and this Depont. Thos.
Hadson< no role > further saith that on Monday last this Depont. left another Copy
of the said last mentioned Notice [..] with ata House in Magpye Alley which
was the last place this Depont. could then hear of his abode, this Depont
putting the same through the staple of the Door up two pair Stairs, which
as this Depont. was informed was the Room the said Clarke lodged [..] in
