Generall Sessions of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition of the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Michael att Quern in
the City of London

Sheweth

That by Vertue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the hands and
Seales of two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace of the said County
of Middx (One whereof being of the Quorum) Dated the Eighteenth
day of July last pash Margerett Sutton< no role > and John < no role > her Son were passed
from the Parish of Saint Luke in the Said County of Middx to the
Said Parish of Saint Michael att Quern in the City of London as
the place of their last legall Settlements

Whereby your Petitioners humbly conceive
themselves Aggreived by the Said Order or Pass
Warrants and Judgements of the said two
Justices Therefore humbly Appeale to this
Court for Releife in the Premisses and Pray
that your Worships will be pleased to Appoint
a Day for the hearing and determining the
Same And your Petitioners Shall ever Pray
