Take Notice that I intend to appear at the next
Session of Oyer & Terminer to be held by adjornmt.
for the County of Middx on Tuesday next being
the fourth day of this Instant December at ten
of the Clock in the forenoon & will then & there
Try my Traverse on the Indictmt. you have there
preferred against me for conspireing & combineing
falsly to charge you with receiving Hats that
were stollen and alsoe for falsly pretending
that a Bill of Indictmt. was then found against
you for the said Offence & alsoe for demanding
& receiving one Guinea of you to compound and
agree the same and to discharge you from all
further Prosecution. Dated this 1st. day of
December 1733.
